1. see a medical doctor. Do receive all the documents related to the treatment from medical institution;
2. call on 1828 and register the event within 1 day (day-offs are not calculated).

The lost payment card will be blocked immediately. Within 7 business days the cardholder has to confirm the oral notice by a written one submitting an application about regarding the lost card in any outlet of Šiaulių bankas AB.
