• Administrates securities accounting under the agreements with companies;
• Performs monetary and securities payments according the entered agreements;
• Prepares registration documents of the issued securities as well as periodical statements;
• Prepares documents of official offers and registers official offers in the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania.
