Time deposit via the internet Using SB linija, an e-baking service system of Šiaulių bankas, clients are able to place a time deposit themselves and to terminate it in case of necessity. The depositors who place their time deposits via the Internet up to 6 months receive by 0.1% higher annual interest, for those who place for 6 and more months - even 0.15 per cent higher interest.

A Time deposit is a deposit the interest of which depends on the chosen term of a deposit. The longer term - the bigger interest. In comparison with other types of relative term deposits the biggest interest is paid for time deposits. • A deposit term - from 7 days to 24 months.
• Interest may be withdrawn monthly or on the last day of deposit maturity.
• A deposit could be extended automatically.
• A deposit could be placed in litas, euros or in USA dollars.
• A deposit agreement which has been concluded using the SB linija can be terminated using the SB linija or in the nearest outlet of Šiaulių bankas.
