Šiaulių bankas is granting mortgage credits in extremely favourable conditions in case the borrower acquires the apartments in the following objects:
• in the residential quarter “Pavasaris” in Vilnius (Lazdynų area), Šiltnamių street;
• in the residential quarter of apartment houses in Druskininkai, Liepų street;
• in the residential quarter “Gluosnis” of two apartment houses in Šiauliai (Ginkūnų area), Žeimių street.
 
Mortgage loans are granted with the variable interest rate : VILIBOR (in litas)/EURIBOR (in euros) + the bank’s margin. Taking into consideration the amount of initial contribution, period of loan and other conditions the bank’s margin can be decreased.
