Šiaulių Bankas has five subsidiaries:

Šiaulių banko lizingas, UAB (SB Leasing) whose 100% of shares belong to Šiaulių Bankas, established in 1999, has successfully established itself among other leasing companies. The company expands its activities through Šiaulių Bankas branches and client servicing centres, and as well as Šiaulių Bankas is oriented towards small and medium-sized customers.

Šiaulių banko investicijų valdymas, UAB (SB Investment Management) is a venture capital company established on 31st August, 2000, offering Lithuanian small and medium-sized companies complex investment and financing models. In collaboration with the Bank and its other subsidiaries, SBIM designs non-traditional investment and financial management schemes which allow the companies solving temporary capital, shareholders’ structure optimisation and financial management problems and successfully developing their business.

Šiaulių banko turto fondas, UAB (SB Property Fund) is Šiaulių Bankas’ third subsidiary, which was established on 13th August, 2002. The company deals in long-term investment in land and real estate.

Minera UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas, which was acquired in 2010. Company‘s activity: Real Estate Projects Management, development and realization, requiring long-term and additional investments.

SBTF UAB is a subsidiary of Šiaulių bankas acquired in 2010, which is involved in effective management of liquid real and movable estate, administration as well as ensuring and realization of current activity.
